Refund, Cancellation & Terms of Service

Welcome to The House Of Filmer. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking & Payments
A booking is confirmed only after the agreed advance payment is received.
The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule or before the final delivery of the project.
Prices are subject to change unless confirmed in writing.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled project date may be rescheduled based on availability.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the project date may result in the forfeiture of the booking amount.
If production has already begun, payments made are non-refundable.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of our creative services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
Duplicate payment.
Technical payment error.
Cancellation initiated by The House Of Filmer where an alternative date cannot be arranged.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
4. Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule a project, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply if production schedules, locations, or crew arrangements need to be changed.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate project details.
Obtain necessary permissions and venue approvals.
Arrive on time for scheduled shoots.
Review and approve project requirements before production begins.
The House Of Filmer is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or client-side scheduling issues.
6. Creative Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
The House Of Filmer retains the right to use completed work for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes.
Clients receive usage rights according to the agreed project scope.
Raw footage and editable project files are not included unless specifically agreed upon.
7. Project Delivery
Delivery timelines may vary depending on project complexity.
Minor revisions are included where agreed. Extensive changes or additional revisions may incur extra charges.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we take every reasonable precaution to deliver exceptional work, The House Of Filmer shall not be liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:
Weather conditions
Government restrictions
Equipment failure
Power outages
Natural disasters
Venue restrictions
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, branding, graphics, videos, photographs, and creative materials are the intellectual property of The House Of Filmer unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
10. Website Usage
By using our website, you agree to:
Use the website only for lawful purposes.
Not attempt to hack, damage, or interfere with the website.
Not copy or misuse any website content without written permission.
